About IFISA
There are a number of types of Individual Savings Accounts (ISA) available now such as Cash ISA, Stocks and Shares ISA and the relatively new Innovative Finance ISA. The Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA) allows you to buy crowdfunded bonds issued by small and medium-sized companies and receive the interest completely free of tax.
Opening your IFISA with The CAM Crowd is easy, simply sign up to the site and indicate this is how you wish to purchase your investments. There is of course nothing stopping you having a regular investment account as well.  You will have the option of either paying out the interest or reinvesting into new offers on the platform. Our IFISA also has flexibility built in, so you will be able to withdraw any income and pay it back into your IFISA account during the tax year without it being counted as part of your annual ISA allowance.

  • You can only buy one IFISA, one Cash ISA and one Stocks and Shares ISA in each tax year, but you can move money held in ISAs managed by other managers from previous tax years to The CAM Crowd IFISA.
  • Your ISA allowance for the tax year 2018/19 is £20,000, which means that a married couple can invest up to £40,000 and generate tax-free interest immediately.
  • If you haven’t used your ISA allowance for this year, you must do so by 5 April 2019 or you will lose it. Apply for The CAM Crowd Innovative Finance ISA now.
